Feasibility Projects

The feasibility project is the preliminary stage for the construction of a golf course. At this stage, after a site inspection, a technical feasibility report, an initial design hypothesis (Master Plan) and a business plan are drawn up. With these documents, everything necessary for an objective assessment of the validity of the operation and investment will be provided to the client.

Feasibility project for a 9-hole golf course in the Municipality of Bucine.

The feasibility project for the creation of a 9-hole golf course in the municipality of Bucine was conceived with the aim of harmoniously integrating the sport with the surrounding natural environment. The terrain, characterized by rolling hills and wooded areas typical of the Tuscan landscape, offers an ideal context for the creation of a course that enhances not only the quality of the game, but also the beauty of the place. The layout of the course is designed to follow the natural lines of the land, minimizing environmental impact and preserving local biodiversity. Special attention has been given to sustainability, with the use of environmentally friendly materials and innovative water management techniques, such as rainwater harvesting and low-consumption irrigation.
